Osb lapok vágása:

egy trükk a függőleges jelőléshez.

Eszköz: Longo csapózsinór

Felül lett jelölve. Rárakva a csapózsinór kampója a laptetejére a jelnél. A feltekerő szerkezetet be lehet akasztani s nem enged a zsinórból.. így lett lelógatva s ha a lap vízszintesen áll akkor függőlegest tudunk csapni rá miután lefogtuk a zsinórt végét majd mellette megemeltük s elengedtük.. s így a poros vagy festékes zsinór egy egyenest pingált a lapon..

Lehet nem a legtökéletesebb inkább a tető szélinél ajánlott, ahol nem annyira fontos a pontosság..

Ha kicsi lapot vágunk vagy ki kell vágni még a kémény vagy gázcső vagy szellőztető csőveknek nyílást stb a lapból akkor általában az állványon oldjuk meg azt méret levétel után..

Cutting OSB sheets:

a trick for vertical marking.

Tool: Longo plumb line

It was marked at the top. The hook of the chalk line was placed on the top of the sheet at the mark. The winding mechanism can be hung and it does not let go out more string.... it was hung like this and if the sheet is horizontal, we can mark it vertically after we have held the end of the line/string and then raised it next to it and released it.. and so the powdered or painted line marks a straight line on the sheet..

It may not be the most perfect, but it is recommended for the edge of the roof, where accuracy is not so important..

If we are cutting a small sheet or need to cut out for the chimney or gas pipe or ventilation pipes, etc. from the sheet/board.. we usually solve it on the scaffold after taking measurements..

🇭🇺 Műanyag párkány dobozolás.. magasra hagyták, nem vágták el szögben a joinerek (párkányos-asztalosok). Ebben a formában a cserepet felnyomja s még a műanyag eresz tálca se ér ki a csatorna s dryverge széléig..)

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Plastic fascia - boxing end.. Joiners left it high and didn't cut it at an angle. In this case, it will push up the tile and even the plastic eaves protector/tray doesn't reach the edge of the gutter and dryverge..)

🇭🇺 Szombati Sztorizás - Skip sztori I. - Másik cég és a füves park

Vannak helyek, épületek, amiket nem lehet autóval megközelíteni.. s ilyen háznál kellett dolgozni.. s a szemetes konténert szállító sofőr korábbi vizes földes tapasgtalatból .. amibe elkapart. Nem mert a parkon keresztül jönni, hogy a ház elé rakja a konténert.. Erre másik napon, két konténerrel súllyal egy másik cégtől végig halad a füves parkon (bár igaz, jó idő volt s száraz a talaj..)

There are places and buildings that cannot be reached by car.. and we got this kind of situation. Skip driver did not place skip container in the garden, because he had to go on.. through the park and he was affraid of stuck in it.. because of  previous experience.. that he had scraped into. So. He put it down far from us. So, we have to put rubbish down on ground from scaffold then carry to skip, it took time.. On another day, with two containers from another company, there was a skipdriver who drove through the park (although it is true that the weather was good and the ground was dry..)

🏠 🇭🇺 Fémcserép 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 metal tile

🇭🇺 Fémcserép : fémlemezek kb 5 normál cserépnyi szélességben. Fentről lefele rögzítve csavarral a tetőhőz. Napelem s szellőző s kúp. Vágásoknál hibáknál festék s port adtak, ilyen szemcsés felülete volt az új cserépnek. Óvatosan lehetett rajta lépkedni a fánál azaz átfedéseknél. Csapat vezető trükkje a kúpozással, hogy ha mindkettő oldalt meg volt a felső sor, akkor kellet elkezdeni, mert még egyik oldalon szabadabban mozgott, gyorsan az ember.. míg a másikon zajlott a fedés.

Szerencsére szinte lapos tetők voltak ezek. Termelés felvonó nélkül történt. Kézről kézre feladva az anyag. Azért 5 db-nak már volt súlya, de volt, hogy ketten vitt az ember a földön még többet.. 

Réginek a bontása feszítővassal s kalapáccsal történt. A széleknél fel kellet hajtani a cserepet. Hajlító kézi szerkezettel. Volt széles illetve kicsik is különbőző szögekben 45, 90 fokos..

Pára áteresztő fóliát kellet használnia. Az alját ki kellet feszíteni, hogy biztosan bele menjen a lecsapodó pára csatornába végül.. 

Volt olyan hír, hogy másik csapat nem végzett jó munkát s jégcsapok lógtak a párkánynál..

Metal tiles: metal sheets about 5 normal tiles wide. Fastened from top to bottom with screws to the roof. Solar panel and ventilation and ridg3. In case of cuts and scratches, paint and powder were added, the new tile had such a grainy surface. You could walk on it carefully at the wood, at the overlaps. The team leader's trick with the ridge was that if the top rows were done on both sides, then ridge was placed because you could move more freely and quickly on one side.. while the covering was in progress on the other.

Fortunately, these were almost flat roofs. We load up without hoist. Material was handed over from hand to hand. However, 5 pieces already had weight, but sometimes two people carried even more together on the ground.. 

The old tiles were fixed by nails.. removed by crowbar and hammer. The tiles had to be folded up at the edges. With benders. There were wide ones and small ones at different angles, 45, 90 degrees..

We had to use a breathable felt. We had to stretch felt and fix to the bottom to make sure the condensation flow down to channel.

🇭🇺 Kémény lefedés s visszadeszkázások 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿Chimney covering and re-boarding

🇭🇺 kémény lebontása szintbe, s betonlappal lefedése malteres rögzítéssel. Visszadeszkázás.

2 féleképpen: szarufánál középen elvágni s szarufa közepétől a másikig deszka pótlása. De van, hogy vastagabb a deszka ezért lejjeb illesztünk léceket s arra helyezük a deszkát. 

Elrohad deszkák cserélgetése is előfordul.

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Demolished chimney to level and covered it with a concrete slab/board with mortared fixing. Re-boarding.

2 ways: cutting it in the middle of the rafter and replacing the board from the middle of the rafter to the other. But sometimes the board is thicker, so we fit battens lower and place the board on it.

Also Replacing rotten boards also happens.
