🏠🔺️👱👦🧑🇭🇺 Gyerekek az állványon 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Children on scaffold

🇭🇺 Voltak olyan helyek, ahol a gyerekek felmásztak az állványra. Kértük őket, hogy ne tegyék. A legtöbbjük mintha nem is hallotta volna továbbra is mászkált. Volt, hogy csak somolyogtak, mosolyogtak, mint gyűrűk urából az átkozott király, aki eképpen szólt Gandalfhoz: " Felettem nincs hatalmad!"

Ilyenkor a helyi munkavezetőnek jelentsük a helyzetet, hogy kezdjen valamit. Illetve képet csinálunk neki s továbbítjuk számára.

Videók instán, youtube-n s fb-n elérhetőek. 2023-sban a létrásnál pont engedelmeskedett a gyerek, hogy használja a létrát. 

Néha szoktunk filmekből idézgetni kollégák közt. Eme helyzetben a Visszajövőbe 1. rész jutott eszembe, mikor Marty anyja családjának látogatása után a nagyapja azt mondja: Idióta, biztos a szülei is idióták. Lorraine, ha ilyen gyereked lesz, kitagadlak.

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 There were places where the children climbed the scaffolding. We asked them to do not do it. Most of them didn't even hear us and continued to climbing. Sometimes they just smiled, smiling, like the cursed king from Lord of the Rings, who said to Gandalf: "You have no power here!"

In such cases, we report the situation to the site manager so that he can do something. And also we take a pictures and send it to him.

Sometimes we quote from movies among workmates. 🇭🇺 Amikor kitalálják, hogy mégis bontsuk le a kéményt, fedés előtt, napelem s termelés után..

Osb lapokon tégla csúsztatás, csatornánál felfogó lapok.. Kicsit hozzáért az egyik köteghez az egyik dolog, elindítva a felső cserepet s szerencsére nem az egész köteget.

Brick sliding on OSB boards, another boards at the channel avoid bricks fall. One thing touched one of the bundle of tiles. Pushed the top tile and fortunately not the whole bundle.

🇭🇺 Elválasztónál szomszédcserép visszapótlás

Az elválasztó műanyag GRP vagy ólom szokott lenni lead bottle. Van, hogy nagy cserepek mennek vagy közepesek szinte, amik a felvételen vannak.. vagy kiscserepek, rosemary márkájú általában. Vagy pala.. lapos vékony cserép különböző méretekben. Mint pikkely páncél úgy néz ki a tető a palával.. 

Nos. A cserépnél szinte neki simítjuk az elválasztónak a cserepet.. de néha szokott lenni kis hézag. Az elválasztót nem szögeljük át. A Grp-nak még a szélét lehet.. a 2. hullámon túl. Ragasztót szoktunk használni. Ha cserép simafelületű akkor szokott inkább csúszkálni.. de az érdesebbek nem szoktak.. így kampót/ szorító kapcsot nem nagyon igényel. Ragasztó a nutnál alul felül... úgy lehetőleg, hogy ne folyjon ki (ne látszodjon)..

Cserépvágások.. méret jelölés

Lemérjük milyenek kellenek.. én oda is szoktam a cserépre zsírkrétával írni a méretet vagy bejelölni a párokat ha kisebb cserépről van szó.

Vagy ceruzával a lécekre a méreteket. Mint ahogy itt is. Itt két újítás van.. a léc aljába írva a méret, hogy lássa lentről az állványról, hogy mekkora kell, ha elfelejti a vágó a számokat. Illetve a colostok belsőfelére jelöltem először elsőt függőleges vonalnál számnál, hogy mekkora cserép kell s ha több kellett akkor vízszintes irányba áthúztam. Mint ennél a szituációnál 11,5 -snél 4 kellet van egy füfgőleges s 3-mal áthúzva annál a számnál.

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Replacing tiles at neighbourside at divider.

The divider is usually made of plastic GRP or lead bottle. Sometimes large tiles or medium ones, like the ones in the picture, are used.. or small tiles, usually rosemary brand. Or slate.. flat thin tiles in different sizes. The roof looks like scale armor with the slate.. 

We try to leave no gap between tiles and divider ( grp, lead bottle). We do not nail above divider. The GRP can have nail at the very edge.. beyond the 2nd wave. We usually use glue. If the tile has a smooth surface, it could be slippery, tile could slide down.. but the rougher ones do not.. so it does not really require hooks/clips.  Glue at the top and bottom of the interlock / tongue...

Tile cuts.. size marking

We measure what we need for replaceing. I use crayon to write the size on the tile or mark the pairs if it's rosemary or slate..

Or write the sizes on the battens like here. There are two innovations here.. the size is written at the bottom of the tilebattens.. so petson can see from below on the scaffold  so tile cutter can check numbers.. 

 Another one. 

I used my folding wooden rule. I mark at number how many we need. For example we need 11.5 wide tile then I mark it with a vertical line. But if we need more then I cross that line with a horizontally one. Or more.. in this case I had to cut 4 of 11.5. So I marked 3 horizontally line on vertically one.

A Hoist elforgatása összecsukás közben/után..

A trükk az.. hogy a kerekeknél az egyiknféket felengedtük s így lehet forgatni. Így könnyebb pozíciot variálni, mint tárgyak közt ide oda bolyongani..

Rotating hoist while/after progress of closing it. 

The trick is.. there are breaks for wheels. And one of them was opened. So you can rotate the hoist while the end is at the air. It is simple to change position sometime then on the ground move forward then reverse right and left among objects..

Megosztok majd oktató videókat is az adott cserép s napelem kimérésről, hogy lehetőleg egyik oldalt egészre jöjjön ki a cserép. Általában a baloldalit válaszgjuk egésznek.

🇭🇺 Bontós lapok

Több verzió van. De nem mindegyikről van itt felvétel.

 Oszlopok kitámasztják. Csatornába szoktuk belerakni. Érdemes a lefolyónál ideiglenes eldugítani valamivel, hogy a kosz s törmelék .. ne dugítsa el.

1. De van, hogy szél miatt vagy meredek szög miatt ráhajlik a tetőre. Kitámasztás lécekkel.

De van, hogy az oszlopba beékelünk lécet s ahhoz rögzítjük még a lapokat.

3. Van, hogy a csatorna nem jó s leszakad. Le kell ellenőrizni, hogy stabil, főleg ha vas.. mert leesve a súlya miatt nagyobb ártalmat okozhat. Műanyag esetén még a tartók számát érdemes nézni, ha sűrűn van akkor jobb a tartása. 

4. Csatorna próbléma miatt alul kiszedjük a cserepeket s odarögzítjük a bontóslapok alját.. szöggel. Ennél az a baj származhat, hogy ha netán esik az eső s nem a kitoldás faltól kilogó szarufák aljába végződik akkor lehet, hogy beázhat..

5. Nagy súlyos kátránypapírokkal az alacsony oszlopokhoz rögzítve támasztottuk ki a lapokat.

6. Fémlemezes cserép. Alsókat felhajtottuk s kis dőlés szögű tető miatt nem csúszott le nagyon a fémlemezek s így megakadályozták a lehullástól.

Illetve volt egy olyan szakasz, ami le volt bontva s még kéményt is bontani kellet. Alul a párkánynál fa lett rakva majd ketesztbe erősebb lécek, felül is egy hosszú léchez lett rögzítve, hogy ne csúszanak el a fák s majd 2-3 fémpallót ráraktunk kéménybontáshoz.

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Stripping Boards

There are several versions. But not all of them are recorded here.

It is supported by uprights of scaffold. We usually put it in a gutter. People should temporarily plug downpipe it with something at  the top ..so that dirt and debris... don't block it.

1. But sometimes boards lean onto the roof due to wind or a steep angle. Support with battens.

But sometimes we wedge battens into the upright of scaffold attach the boards to it.

Instagram does not allow me to write all of it. So I continue in the comment..3. Sometimes the gutter is not good and breaks down. You have to check that it is stable, especially if it is iron... because if it falls, it can cause more damage due to its weight. In the case of plastic, it is also worth checking the number of supports/holders, if there are many, it will hold better. 

4. Because of the gutter problem, we take out the tiles from the bottom and attach the bottom of the boards there... with nails.  The problem with this one is.. if it rains and the bottom is not extended from the wall, water maybe can get in the house..

5. We supported the boards with large heavy felt/ tar papers attached to uprights of scaffold. (The parts of scaffold was short and far from the roof.)

6. Metal tiles. We bend the lower ones up and because of the small angle of the roof, the metal sheets/tiles did not really slide down and bended up metal tiles at bottom prevent stuffs from falling.

There was also a section that was stripped and even a chimney had to be demolished. At the bottom, long wood was laid at the eaves, then stronger battens/woods were put between roof and long wood (see picture) , and it was also fixed to another batten at the top so that the wood would not slide and fall apart. This struction also laid on scaffold's parts, handrail and uprights and then we placed 2-3 metal planks/boards of scaffold on top.. so. We could demolish the chimney as well..

🇭🇺 Amikor lebontjuk a tető hátulját. A Szemetes konténer elöl van. Általában akkor fordul elő, ha nem tudsz állványon körbe menni, mert középső lakás../házról van szó.

 Egy macska sem sérült meg. :) és senki más se. Elöl. Magas deszkákat helyezünk a tető aljába, általában ereszcsatornákba, így elkerülhető, hogy a dolgok leesenek. Az embernek vigyáznia kell, aki elöl van.. ha éppen a tetőre készül, akkor a bontósoknak szólnia kell, tudomást szerezzenek szándékáról.. hogy vigyázzanak..

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 When you strip the back of the roof. Skip is at the front. It usually happens when you can not go around on scaffold. Because it is middle flat../house.

No cat had been harmed. :) and not even anybody. At the front. We place high boards in the bottom of the roof, usually in gutters and it avoids things fall down. The person should be careful who is there if he is about going on the roof and he should let guys at back know about it.
